Student Feedback on Institutional faculty performance
Every semester the Students Feedback will be reviewed by the corresponding HODs And then it is submitted to the Principal for further actions. The Principal studies the seriousness of the suggestion / complaint and forwards to the concerned HOD for further action. The action taken is reviewed and recorded.
Performance Appraisal Systems
Staff appraisal by the students: The performance of every faculty is appraised by the students in
every semester. This helps them to improve their performance in a sustained manner.
The quality of the faculty demands challenging avenues and frontier areas both for the upliftment of
individual and the institution, which will be possible only by greater autonomy to our college.
